I’ve nearly 40 years’ accounting experience and during that time have built long-lasting relationships with many business owners, advising them on a range of financial matters. I simply love what I do.
Following my Junior Accountant days, I qualified as an Accounting Technician and continued to train and gain experience ‘on the job’. I was then involved in helping to set up an accountancy firm, later became a Partner and now – Director at Fortus. Dedicated to the profession, I’m an affiliate member of the ICAEW, member of the Audit and Assurance Faculty, as well as a member of the Special Interest Group relating to Solicitors Accounts Rules.
In my spare time you’ll likely find me doing yoga and singing with the Hertford Rock Choir! I also love baking (especially wedding cakes), walking, cycling and exploring different countries.
